This individual will play a key role in preparing and deploying approximately 100 workstations for a new Miramar office, including device imaging, software installations, workstation setup, and end-user support. The technician will also assist with hardware deployments, office technology projects, executive support, and general IT operations. The ideal candidate is hands-on, adaptable, and comfortable working independently across multiple locations.Day-to-DayDeploy, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, monitors, docking stations, printers, and peripheralsPerform workstation moves, additions, changes, and decommissionsImage and deploy devices using SCCM/MECM and PXE boot processesSupport Microsoft 365, AVD, MFA, and endpoint-related issuesProvide onsite support for employees and executive leadershipSupport Teams Rooms and video conferencing technologyManage hardware inventory, asset tracking, and equipment lifecycle activitiesTroubleshoot basic networking and connectivity issuesDocument and resolve tickets within ServiceNowTravel between Doral, Miramar, and Fort Lauderdale locations as needed Insight Global
