To support a critical payment processing initiative, the full-time Senior Mainframe IBM Assembler (BAL) Developer will design and optimize IBM Mainframe Assembler code for Visa 0120 Automated Fuel Dispenser transactions in a 100% remote environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and optimize IBM Mainframe Assembler code within the Connex payment switching platform Implement enhancements for real-time transaction processing, including pre-authorization updates and confirmation advice handling Collaborate with internal teams and Visa to ensure seamless integration and processing of payment transactions Required Qualifications 15+ years of hands-on experience with IBM Mainframe Assembler (BAL) Extensive experience with the Connex payment switching platform Strong expertise in using Xpediter for debugging Mainframe Assembler applications Deep understanding of financial payment processing systems and high-volume transaction environments Experience with Automated Fuel Dispenser (AFD) payment workflows and near real-time transaction processing
