NOW HIRING: CNC Lathe Set-Up Operator

What You'll Do:

Set up and operate CNC lathes
Perform tool changes, offsets, and machine adjustments
Read blueprints and technical drawings
Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools
Troubleshoot machining issues and improve production processes
Meet quality standards and production goals
Support material flow and maintain a safe work environment
What We're Looking For:

CNC lathe setup experience (Preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and GD&T
Experience with calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools
Strong math and problem-solving skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Basic personal tool set
Bonus Qualifications:

• CNC Machining Certificate
• 3+ years of machine shop experience (Preferred)
• Lean manufacturing knowledge
• Production machining experience
• Process improvement and troubleshooting skills

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $27.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
