Event Manager

To support a growing Schools Business Unit, the full-time remote Event Manager will plan and execute recurring events, including a multi-day conference for music school owners, all-company offsites, and internal gatherings, while managing logistics, budgets, and vendor relationships. Key Responsibilities Build and run a multi-day conference for independent music school owners, managing venue sourcing, contracts, and budget Oversee logistics for all-company offsites, including venue, travel, lodging, and agenda design in collaboration with senior leadership Manage a predictable demand-generation platform for webinars, including registration, speaker preparation, and follow-up reporting Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or equivalent experience in event planning Must be available to attend the Ensemble Off-Site from October 19-21, 2026 Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fully remote, fast-scaling environment
