Looking for an autonomous role as a Service Technician in the Bastogne region? Interested in ensuring the maintenance of a wide range of professional appliances? Then the Service Engineer position at Miele Professional is for you! Depending on the planned schedule, you will make interventions with B2B clients.

What you would be doing with us:

As a Service Technician, you are responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of Miele Professional appliances in your region.

You will work with B2B clients in various sectors, including restaurants, healthcare facilities, laundries, dental practices, and laboratories. You will undergo intensive training at our Miele Academy combined with on-the-field support from an experienced colleague. Afterward, you will work independently.

• Perform interventions with clients, including the commissioning, maintenance, and repair of professional appliances such as washing machines, dryers, sterilizers, disinfection devices, and more.
• Diagnose technical faults and, if necessary, perform repairs or program adjustments; for this, you have the best tools and a laptop at your disposal.
• Train and advise users on the optimal use and maintenance of our appliances.
• Manage your own stock of spare parts in your service vehicle, which is restocked overnight at your home.
• Complete the necessary administrative reports after each intervention and report to the Field Service Manager.

The Service Engineer we are looking for:

• Has obtained a diploma at level A2, Graduate, or Bachelor's degree in electromechanics, electricity, or electronics.
• Has at least 5 years of professional experience as a traveling technician. Experience with professional and/or medical electrotechnical devices is a plus!
• Is contact-oriented and eager to provide premium service to clients.
• Masters French and has sufficient knowledge of English to follow training courses and understand technical documentation.
• Possesses sufficient digital knowledge to use and connect systems to the laptop or client network in this digital world.
• Works autonomously and meticulously and can establish quick and accurate diagnostics.
• Holds a driver's license B.
• Reside in the Bastogne region.
