Physical Therapist Assistant

Advanced Physical Medicine is looking to hire a knowledgeable individual who is dependable, responsible, friendly and most importantly dedicated in well begin of our patients.. We are a multi-disciplinary practice, working with the MD, PT, DC, DPM and other specialist to help care for patients involved in work related injuries, auto injuries, personal and sport injuries(ect.) We work together as a team to diagnose and treat each individual as an individual, paying close attention to the needs and focusing always on the goal. You will work with a MD & DPT to help with patients involved in an auto accident, work injury, slip and fall ect. We are looking for an individual who is self motivated and responsible. We want an individual who is looking for long term commitment and growth with the company. If you are Licensed in IL we will help and reimburse for IN licensing cost.
