You will build strategic partnerships with property owners, retailers, municipalities, transportation authorities, and other key stakeholders to create a convenient, carrier-agnostic delivery network that serves where people live, work, shop, and travel.This is a highly visible role that combines business development, real estate strategy, relationship management, and market expansion. You'll work at the forefront of e-commerce and last-mile logistics, helping drive the next phase of growth for one of the industry's most innovative delivery solutions.Responsibilities include:Identify and evaluate potential locker locations based on traffic, accessibility, parking, connectivity (power and internet), safety, and securityBuild relationships with property owners, operators, and decision makersNegotiate commercial agreements with Host organizations, including site agreements, revenue share, or rental arrangementsCoordinate with internal onboarding and installation teams to ensure smooth deployment of locker systemsServe as the primary point of contact for Host organizations before, during, and after installationMaintain strong ongoing relationships with Host partners after installationProactively monitor locker performance and usage dataPrepare reports and presentations for Host management and internal leadershipMaintain accurate records of all activities in Salesforce CRMWork cross-functionally with internal teams including sales, operations, installation, and customer successIdentify ways to improve efficiency in the location acquisition processDeliver high customer satisfaction that leads to additional opportunitiesSupport business development efforts and new network expansionPerform other duties as required to support the success of Parcel Pending by QuadientQualificationsAbout YouSelf-starter with a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environmentCreative thinker with the ability to work independentlyTeam player with strong collaboration skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of peopleExcellent verbal and written communication skills in EnglishProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)Experience with Salesforce CRM preferredAuthorized to work in the United StatesRequired ExperienceExperience working in or selling into retail, logistics, parcel, real estate, or property management sectorsAbility to communicate, present, and influence all levels of an organization, including executive and C-levelProven ability to manage the site acquisition or business development process from planning through agreementAbility to clearly articulate the value of parcel locker and delivery network solutionsStrong listening, negotiation, and presentation skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience in B2B, B2C, or C2C parcel delivery or logisticsSalesforce (SFDC) experienceKnowledge of real estate, property development, or retail property markets is helpful but not requiredKnowledge gaps can be filled.
