SMNIL - Lead ED Registrar - Per Diem

Lead Registration (in the ED)

We are seeking experienced professionals who are fully trained and ready to work independently with minimal onboarding. Our priority is to bring in staff who can seamlessly integrate and contribute from day one. Shifts 3pm -11:30 pm.

EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, TRAINING:

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Extensive knowledge of Patient Access required, Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) preferred.
• Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Demonstrated leadership and management abilities.
• Extremely high degree of attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple demands and function well under pressure.
