QA Lead

We are partnering with a rapidly growing food manufacturing company in West Palm Beach that is expanding aggressively due to increased demand and long-term secured business. This is a high-priority hire with immediate need, offering strong stability and growth potential. This is a hands-on opportunity for a QA professional looking to step into a leadership role within a fast-paced production environment. What You’ll Do: Support day-to-day Quality Assurance operations within the facility Assist with audit readiness, compliance, and documentation processes Conduct inspections, monitor production activities, and ensure food safety standards are met Partner closely with Production and Operations teams on the floor Help maintain and improve quality systems and procedures Assist with internal and external audits as needed What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in food manufacturing or food production QA, food safety, or compliance experience required Experience supporting audits (SQF, GMP, or similar) preferred Strong attention to detail and documentation skills Comfortable working in a hands-on, production-floor environment Bilingual Spanish/English is highly preferred Why This Role: High-growth company with strong long-term stability Hands-on leadership exposure and career advancement opportunities Fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment Opportunity to be part of scaling operations Schedule: Early morning start, extended production hours Environment: Fast-paced, high-output manufacturing facility Must be comfortable working on the production floor daily #J-18808-Ljbffr LHH
