Phlebotomy Training Coordinator

Labcorp seeks a Phlebotomy Training Coordinator in Troy, Michigan to develop and deliver training programs across the Tri-County area of Southeast Michigan. The role involves onboarding new employees, providing ongoing education in company policies and Lab Information Systems, and maintaining training records.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new employees and deliver initial training for positive new hire experience
• Provide group and individualized training on company policies, procedures, and Lab Information Systems
• Develop, implement, and update training materials and programs aligned with training objectives
• Maintain accurate logs and records for all trainings conducted
• Travel to client sites and other branches throughout territory to deliver training

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent
• Minimum 3 years phlebotomy experience drawing patients of all ages
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record and reliable transportation
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic computer skills
• Ability to pass standardized color blindness test
• At least 21 years old
