We are looking for new Aqua Fitness Instructors to join our Forma Gym in San Jose team. Forma is more than a gym. We are a fitness family made up of talented individuals dedicated to health & wellness. We create a fun, passionate, and inspiring environment with unlimited potential for growth. Our team of over 100 associates makes a huge impact on our community through personal training, group exercise, mind-body, cycle, aqua, Pilates, chiropractic, massage and more. Join us and experience the culture we are creating in our team. Job Responsibilities and qualifications:

• Must be a certified instructor with a minimum 1 years of teaching in a gym setting.
• Must be certified and experience in water fitness classes
• Must have passion, customer service and communication skills, and an ability to collaborate in a gym setting.
• CPR and AED Certified
• Water Safety Certified

Compensation: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
