Job Description
Registered Nurse - Nursing

Schedule

Day shift 7a-7p with shift report at 0645. Block schedule of 3 days one week and 4 days the next unless covered by PRN staff for the 4th shift.

Assignment Details

Required to work every Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and every other Thursday.

Requirements

• Current RN license
• 1+ years of nursing experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Assess patient conditions and develop care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
