Responsibilities Manage the overall operations, maintenance, and morale of the store Coordinates store operations by organizing priorities to accomplish sales and profit goals Trains sales associates using company provided training material regarding product knowledge, store operations and performance goals Participate in monthly P&L review Create exceptional shopping experiences and lead by example Support store with system processing, inventory, and chargebacks Responsible for resolving customer service issues Requirements 2+ years of experience in retail/sales 1+ years of experience managing a team Able to multi-task, think creatively and learn quickly Benefits Competitive salary and bonus potential Paid comprehensive product sales training A professional and fun work environment Compensation: $57,000.00 - $65,999.00 per year Employees at a franchise location are employed by the Franchisee and are not employees of Good Feet Worldwide (the Franchisor).
