Business Office Coordinator

Job Description Brookdale is seeking a Business Office Coordinator to assist with accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other HR‑related duties for our communities. Responsibilities Provide support to the community, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and other human resources related duties. Track community accounting changes, prepare and record all invoices for the community, assist with new hire documentation, and organize and maintain personnel, resident, marketing and other files as needed. Qualifications Associate’s degree (A.A.) or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or minimum of one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred. Brookdale offers to advance naturalization (Form N‑400) application costs, up to $725, less applicable taxes and withholding, for qualified associates who have been with us for at least a year.
