Account Manager

Capitol Coffee Systems is a family‑owned business dedicated to providing high‑quality coffee solutions and exceptional service. We are seeking a dedicated and customer‑focused Prewriter to join our team. The successful candidate will manage customer orders, maintain stock levels, and strive to increase profit margins. Responsibilities Manage customer relationships with key contacts and decision makers. Maintain product inventory using the company's internal system. Stock and maintain break rooms at various customer locations, including coffee equipment, water coolers, and reach‑in coolers. Maintain a friendly, professional demeanor at all times. Demonstrate strong organizational, verbal communication, time‑management, and self‑directed skills to work with minimum supervision. Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Previous sales experience preferred; merchandising experience a plus. High school diploma or equivalent; higher education in business or customer service is a plus. Ability to stand, walk, and lift items during customer visits. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds individually. Ability to lift 5 pounds regularly throughout the day.
