Job Description

Pear Bloom Farm (*Garden Coffee& Bev Bar) – Hood River, Oregon

Pear Bloom Farm is looking for an energetic and hospitality-focused Barista & Customer Service Associate to serve guests at our garden coffee bar while helping create a welcoming farm experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare and serve hot and cold coffee, tea, and specialty beverages
Provide warm, attentive customer service to farm visitors
Operate Square POS for beverage and retail sales
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee bar and seating areas
Assist guests with information about the farm, events, and U-Pick experiences
Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties

Qualifications

Previous barista, food service, or customer service experience preferred
Friendly, outgoing personality with a passion for hospitality
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Comfortable handling food and beverages while maintaining cleanliness standards
Weekend availability preferred
