Per Diem/PRN - Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) Aspire Senior Living Moberly As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) at Aspire Senior Living Moberly, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality physical therapy services to our residents. We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to work on an as-needed basis to provide exceptional care to our skilled nursing facility community. About the Role:
- As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) , you will collaborate with our Physical Therapy team to develop and implement individualized therapy plans to achieve our residents' goals.
- You will work closely with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- You will maintain accurate and detailed records of treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries.
- You will participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on best practices and facility protocols.
- Conduct physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and activities designed to improve function, mobility, and overall well-being.
- Monitor and record progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed to achieve optimal outcomes.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure informed care decisions.
- Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, adhering to infection control protocols.
- Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with facility policies and regulatory standards.
