Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse (RN) in a healthcare facility setting. This position involves providing hands-on, evidence-based emergency nursing care to patients within the scope of the California Nursing Practice Act, regulatory requirements, standards of care, and hospital policies. The RN collaborates with patients, families, and healthcare team members to deliver comprehensive, family-centered emergency care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: CA-RN (Registered Nurse) license, current American Heart Association Certification for Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited college or university preferred, 0 years of experience required.
• Additional Information: The RN assesses patients, interprets data, develops and implements care plans, administers interventions, and evaluates patient responses. They provide patient and family education on self-care and illness prevention, contribute to team efforts through teaching and participation in shared governance, and maintain current knowledge of nursing practice standards.
