DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Assist experienced technicians with Preventive Maintenance on Thermal Management Systems (TMS) Support the removal, cleaning, and reinstallation of exhaust spool pieces and pump assemblies Perform leak checks, quality checks, and equipment inspections as directed Set up and tear down work areas including tools, parts, PPE, and Red Tape zones Assist with parts receiving, inspection, and staging Work safely at heights using ladders and platforms, utilizing fall arrest equipment Work in environments involving chemicals, exhaust systems, electrical systems, gas lines, and abatement equipment Remain flexible to both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance demands Follow all applicable SOPs and site documentation What You will Bring: A strong work ethic The ability to be meticulous Excellent teamwork and communication skills Basic computer skills A high degree of good judgement, work ethic, and initiative Mechanical aptitude - Do you like to tinker? Represent MSR-FSR professionally through respectful communication, clean work areas, and appropriate conduct at all times Requirements Position Requirements: Minimum of a high school diploma or GED Ability to read English and follow technical procedures and instructions Ability to pass the required 10-panel drug screening and background check Ability and willingness to use a respirator during work, if applicable Ability to work compressed work week including overtime as required, 12- hour shifts on a 4/3 day per week rotation; night and day shifts may be available; flexibility to work either is ideal as we may have limited shifts open Experience with basic hand tools in a professional or personal setting Local candidates only
