Athletico clinicians are supported by Generative AI Documentation Scribe - purpose-built AI technology that automatically generates compliant clinical documentation in real time, so you can stay fully present with your patients and deliver the meaningful, undivided care they deserve.Yearly Continuing Education Allowance, access to MedBridge and Athletico University, and an additional 5 days of PTO dedicated towards your Continuing EducationStrategic Mentorship programsLeadership programsIncentives based on quality care and patient outcomes rather than visits per week900 plus locations in 25 states (top notch care since 1991!)Residency Programs and more (Athletico will reimburse 100% of curriculum costs!)Essential duties and responsibilities:Providing interpretation of prescriptions, performing an initial evaluation, and establishing a treatment plan with functional and/or work related goalsAppropriately progressing the treatment and goalsPeriodic and timely written communication to physiciansAppropriate discharge management and patient follow-upSupervision of rehabilitation aides and administrative staff as neededSupervision of PTAs when applicable per the appropriate state practice actDocumentation: All PT's are responsible for documenting all treatment and completing all written communications in a timely manner, including but not limited to, initial evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, daily S.O.A.P. notes, functional status reports, functional capacity evaluations and insurance/plan of care forms as necessaryPhysical Therapists are responsible for establishing and developing professional relationships with Athletico's referral sources including, but not limited to, physicians, PAs, ARNPs, chiros, case managers, etc.Expectations:Exceptional patient care and service.Community Services (such as):Hosting a booth at a health related fairPresenting an in-service on orthopedic injuries or preventionProviding coverage to special events such as sport camps, races, tournaments & lecturesPerforming complimentary screenings to the public with appropriate referrals as necessaryAbility to demonstrate compassion toward patientsService-orientedPhysician office visits – inform physicians of our services, locations, quality patient care and philosophy to be the best providerAccompanying patients to their physician visits (patient visits)Interoffice communication and follow upEducation: Staff in-services, community in-services, attendance at continuing education courses, and follow-up summary of all continuing education courses to staff membersAdditional duties and responsibilities:Maintain state licenseComplete all compliance standards as requestedEnergetic and a team playerEducation and experience: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy ProgramCurrent Professional licensure as a Physical TherapistCurrent CPR CertificationEssential qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty. Additional pay such as incentive, GAP, overtime, and stipends are subject to the rules of each program and may not be available in all locations. Individual base pay depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time.Minimum Salary/WageUSD $75,000.00/Yr.Maximum Salary/WageUSD $100,000.00/Yr.
