Disability Employment Coach & Job Placement Expert
Work Ready
Work Ready is seeking an Employment Specialist to assist individuals with disabilities in Round Rock and North Austin. You will help clients navigate the job market, secure employment, and support them until they work independently. This role involves coordinating with Texas Workforce Solutions and tailoring placement strategies to client needs. You will manage 10–15 clients, aim to place 2–3 people every four weeks, and collaborate with a dedicated team to ensure meaningful, lasting employment #J-18808-Ljbffr Work Ready
