Associate Director Forecasting US Oncology

Associate Director leading end-to-end demand and revenue forecasting for US Oncology brands at AbbVie. Develops forecasting models, delivers financial insights across planning cycles, and partners with Commercial, Marketing, Finance, and Operations teams to guide strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and harmonization of Oncology forecasting models aligned with business strategy
• Drive LBE, Plan, LRP, and S&OP forecast cycles in partnership with Commercial and Finance teams
• Translate complex data into clear narratives supporting strategic decision-making and regulatory compliance
• Present sales performance and forecast insights to Commercial VPs and Marketing Directors
• Conduct month-end close activities including variance analysis and performance commentary

Requirements

• 8–10 years commercial finance, cost accounting, audit, or FP&A experience
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to identify value drivers
• Proficiency with SAP, BPC, PowerBI, and Excel
• Demonstrated cross-functional influence without direct authority
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proven analytical capabilities and problem-solving in fast-paced environments
