Remote High-Volume Staffing Recruiter – W-2 Full-Time | $18.00 per Hour | Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Crafted Staff is hiring an experienced, dependable High-Volume Staffing Recruiter to join our remote recruiting team. In this role, you will primarily recruit for customer service, call center, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, and skilled trades positions . Most of these opportunities are temp-to-hire roles requiring recruiters who can move quickly, maintain active candidate pipelines, and consistently follow through. This is a full-time W-2 position with a set Monday through Friday schedule. Although the position is remote, it is not a flexible-hours or work-when-you-want role. You must be available, responsive, and actively working from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Time . We are looking for someone who already has at least one year of high-volume recruiting experience and understands the pace, urgency, and follow-up required in a staffing agency environment. Position Details Position: High-Volume Staffing Recruiter Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-Time, W-2 Pay: $18.00 per hour Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time What You'll Recruit For You will work primarily on temp-to-hire openings in areas such as: Customer service and call center Light industrial and manufacturing Warehouse and distribution Construction Skilled trades Clerical and administrative support Hiring needs may change based on client demand, so you must be comfortable managing multiple positions, locations, and candidate pipelines at the same time. What You’ll Do Manage high-volume recruiting for multiple temp-to-hire job openings. Post and promote open positions across job boards, social media, and other recruiting channels. Review applications and resumes to identify qualified candidates. Proactively source candidates through job boards, resume databases, referrals, social media, and community outreach. Conduct phone screenings to evaluate experience, availability, compensation expectations, transportation, work authorization, and overall job fit. Clearly explain job duties, schedules, pay rates, work locations, and hiring requirements to candidates. Submit qualified candidates promptly and maintain accurate recruiter notes. Schedule interviews and help candidates prepare for each stage of the hiring process. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them interested, informed, and engaged. Follow up consistently with candidates before interviews, onboarding appointments, and start dates. Assist candidates with pre-employment paperwork, background checks, drug screenings, and other onboarding requirements when applicable. Track candidate activity and update records in the applicant tracking system. Build and maintain pipelines for recurring and high-demand positions. Work closely with the recruiting team to meet hiring goals, start-date targets, and client deadlines. Help reduce candidate drop-off, interview no-shows, and first-day no-shows through proactive communication. Provide a professional and positive candidate experience throughout the recruiting process. Required Qualifications At least one year of high-volume recruiting experience. Experience managing multiple open positions and candidate pipelines simultaneously. Strong candidate sourcing, resume review, and phone-screening skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven staffing environment. Excellent verbal and written communication. Strong organization, time management, and follow-through. Reliable attendance and consistent availability during scheduled working hours. Ability to work independently while staying connected and responsive to a remote team. Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls, texts, and candidate follow-ups. Proficiency with job boards, applicant tracking systems, email, spreadsheets, and online communication tools. A quiet, professional remote workspace with dependable internet and phone service. Preferred Experience Staffing agency or temporary staffing experience. Temp-to-hire recruiting experience. Experience recruiting for customer service, call center, light industrial, manufacturing, warehouse, construction, or skilled trades positions. Experience supporting high-volume hiring initiatives or multiple client accounts. Familiarity with recruiting metrics such as candidate submissions, interviews, starts, fill rates, time-to-fill, and candidate retention. Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, ZipRecruiter, resume databases, or other candidate-sourcing platforms.
