As a Food Runner, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our guests have an exceptional experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Delivering food orders promptly and accurately from the kitchen to guests.
• Assisting servers with table setup, clearing, and resetting as needed.
• Ensuring food presentation meets our high standards before it reaches the table.
• Communicating effectively with the kitchen and front-of-house staff to maintain smooth service.
• Providing friendly and professional interactions with guests to enhance their dining experience.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need:

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role or in the food service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
• A team-oriented mindset and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills to coordinate with both guests and team members.
• A willingness to be on your feet and stay active throughout your shift.
