Director of Operations

POSITION SUMMARY

Set strategic vision and goals for the Physician Coverage teams while ensuring alignment with financial and operational performance targets Foster partnerships with Medical Leadership and Physician Recruiting, including participation in compensation planning and routine executive reporting Oversee all Physician Coverage responsibilities (licensure, rosters, scheduling, shift management, and program staffing) while eliminating coverage gaps and optimizing scheduling balance Drive practice optimization initiatives by balancing radiologist capacity, workflow, volume changes, and financial benchmarks Lead, coach, and develop the Scheduling Team and FPCP while supporting innovation, technology adoption, and continuous operational improvement

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience 4‑5 years of experience in operations supervision and/or project management Knowledge of healthcare operations, with exposure to teleradiology preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships across stakeholders High level of discretion, with a solutions‑focused, adaptable, and team‑oriented mindset

COMPENSATION

The salary range for this position is $110,000–$125,000. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location, etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
