Occupational Therapist (OT)

We are seeking a dedicated Full-time Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide rehabilitation services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. Responsibilities Include Evaluating residents and developing personalized OT treatment plans to promote independence. Selecting appropriate activities to enhance residents' daily functioning. Observing, assessing, and documenting progress through detailed reports. Maintaining confidentiality to foster resident trust. Collaborating effectively within the healthcare team. Qualifications And Skills Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program. Current New York State OT License or actively working toward licensure. Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric care preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
