Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

  Assess and monitor patients' health status regularly.

  Administer medications and treatments following regulatory standards.

  Document patient progress accurately and timely.
  
  
•

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Registered Nurse license in the state.
  
  
• 
  Possess recent experience in LTC or SNF settings.
  
  
• 
  Demonstrate strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
  
  
• 
  Exhibit excellent communication and documentation abilities.
  
  
• 
  Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a valid exemption.

  Bring valid photo identification and up-to-date vaccination records.
