Job Summary:

The Physical Therapist provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients, helping them restore mobility and improve functional ability. This role involves assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and implementing therapeutic interventions.

Responsibilities:

  Assess patients physical condition and establish personalized treatment goals.

  Develop and implement effective therapy programs tailored to each patients needs.

  Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
  
  
• 
  Educate patients and their families on injury prevention and post-therapy care.
  
  
• 
  Document patient evaluations, treatment progress, and outcomes accurately.
  
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Hold an active Physical Therapist license or credential.
  
  
• 
  Possess prior experience in outpatient or hospital rehabilitation settings.

  Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills.
