Denver Metro, CO (West Side) | Full-Time | $55,000–$65,000 base + bonus eligibility

This isn't a back-office collections seat. You'll get true litigation paralegal experience — drafting, discovery, and trial prep — with a dedicated practice group that invests in its people.

Overview

• Denver metro (west side) | On-site to start, with hybrid/remote flexibility after 1st year.
• $55,000 - $65,000 base + bonus eligibility and paid overtime (non-exempt)

What You'll Do

• Manage a caseload of debt recovery and receivables matters from intake through resolution.
• Draft and file pleadings, judgments, garnishments, liens, and settlement documents.
• Handle court e-filing, calendaring, and litigation deadline tracking.
• Perform research using PACER, Westlaw, and skip- trace/investigative tools.
• Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing parties; review ledgers and calculate payoffs.
• Assist attorneys with hearings, trial prep, and case strategy execution.
• Gain exposure to matters spanning collections, litigation, real estate, and regulatory work.

What You Bring

• 2+ years of paralegal or legal assistant experience in a law firm setting.
• 2+ years of exposure to collections practice and the FDCPA or similar statutes.
• Sharp drafting, proofing, and organizational skills; comfort juggling deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel; case management software a plus.
