Home Health RN OpportunityShift: 5x8/DAYS (8:30A-5P: Alternating Weekends), Length: 13 weeks, GT: 40, Start: 2 weeks from offerPosition Requirements: At least 2 years of home health experience, all candidates must have homecare homebase/OASIS experience within the last year to be considered. Experience with Wellsky EMR and wound care would be a bonus. Experience with on call/triage, reliable and dependable, excellent time management skills, professional, customer service excellence, compassion and caring, licensure in hand at time of submission.On-call Schedule and Expectations: On-call would be one to two weeks a month from 5:30pm-8:30 am weekdays. It entails phone triage, very rare does it require a home visit.Productivity Requirement: It is a 30 pts per week for full time nurses. Our point system: 1 revisit= 1pt, SOC= 2pts, ROC = 2pts, Recert =1.5pt, Oasis discharge =1.5pt
