Senior Helpers – Menomonee Falls, WI is seeking compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregivers to join our professional team. • Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, building warm, trusting relationships.
• Assist with daily living activities such as eating, walking, dressing, and grooming to encourage client independence and enhance well-being.
• Collaborate closely with care teams to observe, document, and communicate any changes in clients’ health status.
• Engage clients in hobbies and recreational activities tailored to their individual interests and preferences.

• Prior experience in in-home care is preferred; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients and collaborate with care teams.
• A compassionate, dependable work ethic, demonstrating a commitment to delivering high-quality, non-medical companion care founded on empathy, dignity, and respect.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Physical ability to assist with lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of background checks and pre-employment screenings.

• Competitive hourly pay ranging from $15.00 to $18.00, with bi-weekly payments.
