Call Center Specialist

Company: Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic Location: Ocean City, MD Pay Range: $15–$30 per hour (based on experience) Schedule: Hybrid (3 days in-office, 3 days remote) Call Center Specialist Luxury Bath of Mid Atlantic is seeking a Call Center Representative for our local market and surrounding areas. General Purpose Customer service skills are essential. Call homeowners by phone, set qualified appointments for free consultations, maintain accurate lead information and reports, and handle incoming calls from potential customers responding to our advertising efforts. Responsibilities Deliver scripted pitches to homeowners Adjust messaging to meet the needs of specific customers Handle questions and overcome objections professionally Collect homeowner information (name, address, phone number, etc.) Set and confirm appointments for in-home consultations Enter appointment and customer data into the system Maintain detailed and accurate records of all conversations Coordinate appointments with canvassers and sales representatives Conduct quality control calls Answer inbound calls from potential customers Follow up with homeowners after initial contact Update lead information and maintain reports Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills Knowledge of sales and marketing principles (preferred) Previous experience in a call center, telemarketing, sales, or customer service (preferred, not required) Experience in the home improvement industry is a plus, but not required Proficiency with basic computer applications Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment What We Offer Competitive hourly pay ($15–$30 based on experience) Hybrid work schedule (flexibility between office and home) Career growth opportunities, including potential advancement to management Ongoing training and support Ready to Apply?
