Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for General Labor to join our team in Alsip, Illinois. This individual will be responsible for supporting production and packaging operations while ensuring products meet quality and food safety standards. Pay, Schedule, and Location

• Starting at $18/hour
• Excellent benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision
• 1st Shift: Monday – Friday, 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday – Friday, 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM
• 3rd Shift: Sunday – Thursday, 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM
• Located in Alsip, Illinois

Duties and Responsibilities

• Package finished food products according to company specifications
• Inspect products for quality and accuracy
• Label, stack, and prepare products for shipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow food safety, GMP, and company safety procedures
• Assist with production line operations as needed
• Perform other general labor duties assigned by supervisors

Requirements and Qualifications

• Previous packaging experience in a food manufacturing environment is preferred but not required
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
• Strong attention to detail and reliability
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Must be able to work the assigned shift consistently
