We are the leader in state-of-the-art cosmetic and restorative dentistry, and our labs are committed to providing you with the best, most up-to-date products and services.Your JobYour role involves:Maintaining professional relationships with key personnel and managers to influence the development of broad company strategies.Inputting the doctor's prescription details, patient information, and due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.Assisting and supporting the department ensuring accuracy in LabTrac and checking the accuracy of the Dentists Rx.Assisting in keeping the department organized and flagging any late cases.Ensuring compliance of all client requests and lab procedure authorizations, quality job standards, quality product standards, and company policies and procedures.Preparing work to be shipped out after QC process; packing and wrapping all cases that will be outsourced and are ready for shipping.Making non-technical phone calls to the dentist's offices to retrieve missing information from Rx.Processing and inputting patient due dates in our system accurately to ensure on-time delivery and expedite them through the lab.Your SkillsRequired skills include:High school diploma or equivalent required.Knowledge of dental lab products, materials, and techniques preferred.Computer knowledge with ability to learn new programs quickly.Your QualitiesQualities we value in our team members include:Displaying enthusiasm and a positive attitude – you approach challenges with a can-do spirit and inspire others with your positive energy.Taking initiative – you quickly and accurately identify roadblocks, rally your resources, provide options to our partners, and execute unafraid to ask questions.Being an autonomous learner – you can think, act, and pursue your studies independently; you're motivated to learn about the dental lab space.Excellent written and verbal communication – you understand that communication is key in preventing and turning around a subpar poor experience. Our network of dental laboratories spans six states, with labs in Florida, Connecticut, Maryland, Mississippi, Rhode Island, Texas, and New York. The Leixir Home Office is in Tampa, Florida.Interview ProcessAs a part of our commitment to creating a fair, equitable, and positive interview experience for all candidates, we offer full transparency of our interview stages to give applicants an idea of the time and effort involved.Information Screening: The Talent Manager will have a 20-to-30-minute phone conversation focused on relevant work experience, compensation, role overview, and answering any questions you may have.Panel Interview: 45-minute interview with the Operations Manager. This will take place at the lab and will dive deeper into the role, technical knowledge, and requirements of the position. The candidate will have the opportunity to meet the team, tour the workplace, and gain a better understanding of the job's functions.Offer: The Talent Manager will reach out with the details of the informal offer for discussion. After all the details of the informal offer are finalized, the formal offer letter and job description will be sent.
