• Float Requirement: Yes, all ICU units (MICU, TICU, Neuro ICU, Burn ICU)
• Shift Info: Night 3x12-Hour shifts, 12 hours each

What You'll Do:

• Provide high-quality care to ICU patients across multiple specialized units
• Monitor patient vitals and responses, adjusting care plans as needed
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Document patient care accurately in electronic health records (Epic experience required)
• Respond promptly to emergencies and assist with critical procedures
• Adhere to hospital policies, safety procedures, and quality standards
• Support float assignments across ICU units, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability

What You Need:

• Valid ICU Nursing license for Louisiana
• Minimum of 2 years ICU experience
• Epic EMR experience required
• BLS and ACLS certifications (CPI & CCRN preferred)
• Ability to work night shifts and flexible float assignments
• Strong clinical skills and excellent communication

About the Assignment:

This opportunity is with a leading healthcare provider in New Orleans, specializing in ICU care. The assignment involves floating across various ICU units, providing essential services to critically ill patients, and working within a cohesive team environment. You will support a busy unit with a patient ratio of 1:2, ensuring the delivery of compassionate, patient-centered care.
