A Tree Climber plays a crucial role within our climbing team, performing tree climbing tasks across residential and commercial projects. This role requires daily travel to various job sites and involves the use of standard climbing gear and aerial lift equipment. The position offers growth opportunities including advancement to supervisory roles and chances to earn professional certifications.
*Valid and clean drivers license required
Responsibilities
- Perform tree climbing tasks efficiently and safely
- Utilize standard climbing gear and aerial lift equipment
- Collaborate effectively as part of a climbing team
- Travel daily to residential and commercial project sites
- Adhere to safety protocols and risk assessments during climbing
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in tree climbing
- Proficiency in tree climbing techniques and safety compliance
- Skilled in the use of climbing equipment and aerial lifts
- Physical fitness suitable for demanding climbing tasks
- Strong risk assessment and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills and team collaboration
