Physical Therapist (PT) – Outpatient Clinic FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers – Kennesaw 3940 Cherokee St. NW, Suite 201 Kennesaw, GA 30144 Salary: $77,000–$85,000 per year + Performance Bonus Bonus: Up to $13,200 annually Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday–Friday (No Weekends) Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $77,000–$85,000 annually Performance bonus opportunity of up to $13,200 per year Comprehensive health insurance and benefits package IRA retirement plan with 3% employer match Paid Time Off (PTO) Continuing education assistance Clinical mentorship and professional development Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends Supportive and collaborative team environment Career advancement opportunities within a nationally recognized organization Responsibilities Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care Provide evidence-based outpatient physical therapy treatments Treat patients with orthopedic, neurological, balance, and vestibular conditions Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation Educate patients on injury prevention, home exercise programs, and long-term wellness strategies Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes Qualifications Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program Current Georgia Physical Therapist license or eligibility for Georgia licensure Outpatient experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply Strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for delivering patient-centered care Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative clinical team FYZICAL Therapy & Balance Centers is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Fyzical-8
