Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Cyber Threat Assessment Analyst to join their team. As a Cyber Threat Assessment Analyst, you will be part of the Cybersecurity Department supporting Threat Intelligence and Risk Management teams. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset, strong facilitation skills, and a collaborative approach, which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Cyber Threat Assessment Analyst Location: Charlotte, North Carolina Pay Range: $70.00 - $73.00 What's the Job? Design and execute threat assessment surveys engaging diverse internal and external stakeholders to generate benchmarked intelligence. Facilitate workshops, roundtables, and structured feedback sessions to extract nuanced risk insights and build cross-functional consensus. Aggregate and analyze survey results using qualitative and quantitative techniques to produce defensible findings and trends. Correlate findings with internal threat program artifacts and relevant reporting to identify recurring threat focus areas. Create threat assessment reports, executive summaries, and dashboards that translate results into actionable insights for senior leadership. What's Needed? 7+ years of experience in cyber threat intelligence, cyber risk, threat modeling, or security strategy within large enterprise or financial services environments. Proven ability to produce forward‑looking threat insights and deliverables suitable for senior stakeholders. Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with experience running structured working sessions across broad stakeholder groups. Familiarity with threat intelligence lifecycle concepts and integration across cyber defense and risk partners. Experience aligning outputs to common frameworks and expectations used in threat intelligence and regulatory readiness efforts. What's in it for me?
