Quality Compliance Analyst

Job Description Manage customer complaints and the quality database. Communicate customer issues to management and the production teams on a daily basis. Supports management and hourly employees by providing guidelines for product safety programs (SQF, GMP, HACCP, Food Defense, etc). Conduct new hire orientation training for quality and product safety programs. Manage Roll Stock Rejection Database. Maintain Chain of Custody (COC) requirements for customers, shipments, yearly training, etc. Manages substandard product and raw materials (paperboard) determining what should be sold, reworked, or scrapped. Enter vendor complaints into system of record (SAP). Active participation in project requests from customers. Required Skills Ability to tactfully direct work and correct employee behaviors. Ability to work independently and in a group. Superior time management, verbal, and written communication skills Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
