Lead DevOps Engineer

Transforming infrastructure into a scalable, self-service platform, the full-time Lead DevOps Engineer will architect and manage AWS/GCP environments, ensuring secure, robust, and highly available systems while enabling both engineering and non-engineering teams to deploy applications efficiently in a hybrid work setting. Key Responsibilities: Standardize and organize existing infrastructure using Terraform for a fully versioned and modular environment Architect and implement access control models to ensure appropriate resource access as the organization scales Design tooling to empower non-engineering departments in building and managing applications within secure environments Required Qualifications: Proven experience with AWS and Google Cloud platforms, particularly in IAM and OAuth Strong expertise in Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform Experience in building and managing CI/CD pipelines and best practices Ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams Demonstrated experience in architecting secure, multi-cloud environments
