Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Must-Have:

• Experience with arterial line management
• Experience with BiPAP/CPAP management
• Experience in the care of ventilated patients
• Experience with central line care and management
• Ability to interpret dysrhythmias
• Familiarity with isolation precautions and PPE
• Experience in management of dysrhythmias
• Skills in suctioning (ETT, NT)
• Ability to titrate cardiac drips
• Ability to titrate vasoactive drips

Description: Diagnoses include, but are not limited to, respiratory failure, sepsis, COVID-19, DKA, CHF, COPD, and renal failure.

Weekends: Required every other weekend.

Call: None required.

Floating: Possible within facility scope of practice as needed.

The unit accepts first-time travelers. If a major holiday falls within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work it. If two major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work both holidays. If three major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work two of the holidays. Major holidays include Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, Christmas Eve/Christmas Day, New Year's Eve/New Year's Day. Full compliance is required to start on time; if not compliant, there may be a delay. Local candidates are welcome. All requested time off must be finalized at the time of submission. A maximum of 7 days of requested time off is allowed per contract. Compliance onboarding must be completed promptly and all required documents must be submitted in a timely manner.
