This role operates at both the project executionlevel and the program/area governance level, driving accountability, consistency, and bestpractices across cost, schedule, risk, and reporting.The Senior Manager, Cost Control will lead a team of cost and project controls professionals,partner closely with onsite vendors, and serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership andCrusoe clients by delivering clear, data-driven insights into financial and schedule performanceacross an assigned area or program.What you’ll be working on: Provide area-level leadership across multiple concurrent construction projects, ensuringalignment to program goals, budgets, and schedules Drive standardization, consistency, and best practices across cost management,scheduling, change management, risk management, and reporting Lead and manage a team of cost managers responsible for: Monthly cost reporting Cash flow forecasting Change and risk management Pay application review Client billing submissionsAssess overall cost and schedule health across an area or program, identifying trends,risks, and opportunities early Develop and communicate clear, actionable financial and schedule insights to seniorleadership and Crusoe clients Manage critical deliverables and performance of onsite vendors providing costmanagement and scheduling servicesSupport program-level governance by ensuring accurate, timely, and consistent reportingacross all projects Partner cross-functionally with construction, engineering, procurement, and leadershipteams to support successful project executionWhat you’ll bring to the team: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or arelated field 12+ years of experience in Project Controls and Construction Cost Management Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects with area- or program-levelaccountabilityProven leadership of program- or area-wide initiatives focused on standardization andcontinuous improvement Advanced financial and analytical skills, with the ability to evaluate cost and scheduleperformance holistically Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear,actionable insights for senior leaders and clients Experience leading teams and managing external vendors delivering cost andscheduling services Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, large-scale construction environmentsBenefits:Competitive compensation and equity packagesRestricted Stock UnitsPaid time off, paid holidays & leave of absence programsComprehensive health, dental & vision insuranceEmployer contributions to HSA accountPaid parental leavePaid life insurance, short-term and long-term disabilityProfessional development & tuition reimbursementMental health & wellness supportCommuter benefits (parking & transit)Cell phone stipend401(k) Retirement plan with company match up to 4% of salaryVolunteer time offGlobal travel insurance & emergency assistanceDaily meals allowanceAdditional perks & programs specific to locationCompensation RangeCompensation will be paid in the range of up to $160,000 – $240,000. + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
