RN Home Health Clinical Supervisor

Inspired Homecare is looking for a Home Health Clinical Supervisor, to oversee all patient care and clinical personnel, ensuring care is coordinated, compliant, timely, and aligned with individualized plans of care and agency standards. Responsibilities Supervise all patient care services and staff (RN, LPN, OT, PT, HHA) Coordinate patient care and referrals Ensure ongoing assessment of patient needs Provide direct patient care when staffing requires Support clinicians with OASIS, documentation and case management Review clinical documentation Lead case conference, clinical meetings, and in-services Ensure patient charts and records are accurate, and regulatory compliant Monitor clinical outcomes Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with current state license 2-3 years of home health experience required Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills CPR Certification, valid driver's license and auto insurance Why Inspired Homecare Inspired Homecare is committed to delivering exceptional care with compassion, integrity, and respect.
