Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements

Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
Active Florida state license or ability to obtain Florida license prior to the assignment start.
BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross, if required by the clinic.
Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred, including evaluation and development of individualized treatment plans.
Demonstrated skill with common outpatient modalities and equipment, such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, therapeutic modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation), and functional mobility training.
Documentation experience with outpatient EMR systems preferred.
Current professional liability insurance as required by facility policy or ability to obtain prior to start.
