Faber & Brand, LLC is a growing multi-state law firm seeking reliable, detail-oriented individuals to join our Service Department. No legal experience is required. We provide all training. THIS IS AN IN-PERSON JOB POSTING - NO CURRENTLY OFFERING REMOTE POSITIONS.

What You'll Do

Coordinate service of legal documents with process servers, sheriffs, and constables.
Track cases to ensure court deadlines are met.
Communicate with attorneys and service providers.
Help ensure defendants receive proper legal notice as part of the legal process.

Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be reliable.
Must be able to work at least 20 hours a week, consistently.
Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times
High degree of proficiency in office procedures
Knowledge and practical experience regarding basic computer skills
