Job Summary:
We are seeking a Bilingual Production Supervisor to oversee daily manufacturing operations, supervise production employees, and ensure safety, quality, and productivity goals are met.

Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks and supervise production team members.
• Train, coach, and evaluate employees and temporary associates.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and production standards.
• Coordinate with management and shipping to resolve operational issues.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of supervisory experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• 1–3 years of related production experience; extrusion experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a manufacturing environment.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.
