Blake’s Lotaburger in Rio Rancho, NM, is seeking a General Manager to oversee all restaurant operations, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive profitability through keen cost control and service excellence. The GM will lead a team, schedule staff, implement Blake’s policies, train employees, recruit new talent, and partner with the District Manager to grow sales while ensuring food safety and compliance.
