Director of Clinical AI Operations

To support the advancement of clinical excellence in medical imaging, the full-time Director of Clinical AI Operations will manage the design, testing, and validation of AI-enabled clinical workflows, ensuring operational readiness while leading cross-functional teams in a remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a subject matter expert on clinical workflows and AI tools, guiding stakeholders on adoption and best practices Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, documentation, and resource allocation across various teams Support AI adoption through user training, documentation, and ongoing engagement with clinicians and external clients Required qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in radiology or related clinical workflows and technologies At least 5 years' experience managing clinical and/or technical projects Bachelor's degree in a healthcare or technology-related field preferred Proven experience managing complex, multi-project portfolios using Agile and Waterfall methodologies Strong ability to communicate across clinical and technical domains effectively
