Now Hiring: Senior Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator

Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Pay: $32.70 per Hour

We're looking for a bilingual (English/Spanish) Senior Administrative Assistant / Office Coordinator who can confidently manage schedules, support leadership, and keep office operations running smoothly.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, proactive, professional, and isn't afraid to speak up when needed. We need someone who can be tough when necessary, supportive when it matters, and always focused on getting things done.

• Provide administrative and executive support to leadership
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, and scheduling activities
• Partner with production teams to keep communication flowing
• Organize logistics for customer visits, onsite meetings, and special events
• Oversee front office operations and reception activities
• Assist with invoice processing and purchase requisitions
• Maintain internal communication tools and company resources
• Serve as a key point of contact for employees, customers, and visitors

• Fluent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
• Experience with SharePoint or other internal communication portals preferred
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
• Professional communication skills and confidence working with all levels of an organization
• Strong follow-through and problem-solving abilities
• A positive attitude with the confidence to hold people accountable when needed
