We're seeking an experienced Travel Hospital Pharmacist for a 13-week contract assignment at a community hospital in the Mishawaka, IN area, with the opportunity to extend. This inpatient role offers a consistent schedule, a collaborative clinical environment, and competitive weekly pay along with full-time benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and more .

Assignment Details:

13+ week contract with extension potential
250-bed community hospital
Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts (1:00 PM - 10:30 PM)
7-on/7-off schedule may be available

Responsibilities:

Verify medication orders for hospitalized patients
Supervise pharmacy technicians
Consult with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals
Perform pharmacokinetic dosing and clinical monitoring
Ensure safe and accurate medication dispensing
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and state/federal regulations

Requirements:

Active Indiana Pharmacist license
Recent hospital pharmacist experience
Strong clinical judgment and inpatient pharmacy knowledge
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work second shift
